All of our food products are freshly produced in our commissary kitchen.
Chef Michael Fiore is the creator and Executive Chef who oversees all food and packaging production at his facility. We make everything from scratch and operate under strict sanitation laws held by the City of New York. In addition, we have added additional new sanitation procedures such as requiring all chefs to work on separate work tables at least 6ft apart. With a kitchen of 5,000 sq. feet this has not been difficult for us to implement.
Soup-4-Support is our way of getting involved and helping in a way that we know how to and thats through food. We basically want to work and help make a diference during this difficult period.
Our goals are simple:
1. Feed and help those people who are helping others.
2. Employ our staff that depends on a paycheck to help thier families.
We feel that we have a responsibility to get involved, since we are generally producing for large catered events at our commissary it only made sense for us to put our best foot forward and temporariily change our business model up a bit. So we began making soup to send to others through your generous donations.
